CRICMEDIA, the annual souvenir brought out by Sports Journalists' Association of Nagpur (SJAN) to mark the Inter-Press Invitational Twenty20 Cricket Tournament will be released on Sunday at Tilak Patrakar Bhavan, Panchsheel Square, at 10 am.
B Shankar, Deputy General Manager, State Bank of India, will be the chief guest of the function. On the occasion Rajan Nair, former Indian cricket team manager and Dr Shyam Charde, Principal, Madhavrao Wankheded Sharirik Shikshan Mahavidyalaya will also share the dias.
The tournament gets under way from January 8. The inauguration function will be held at Dr Ambedkar College ground, Deekshabhoomi. Nine teams will be taking part in the 15th edition of the meet. The final would be played on January 24.
The souvenir include a review of last edition of inter-press cricket tournament and other activities of SJAN.
Colour clothings as well as the tournament schedule were also distributed to the members of participating teams on the occasion.
