NITIN Shriwas scored a half century and then took three wickets to help Lokmat beat Loksatta by 127 runs and escort them into the semi-finals of the ongoing Ankur Seeds-SJAN 24th Inter-Press Invitational T20 Cricket Tournament being played at Vasant Nagar ground on Friday. Batting first, Lokmat rode on Shriwas’ 76 runs to post 219 in 20 overs. Shriwas slammed seven fours and five sixes in his 31 balls knock. Sharad Mishra scored 34 from 24 deliveries with seven boundaries. For Loksatta, Rajesh Thakre and Prashant Roy took two wickets each.
In reply, Shriwas took three wickets for 17 runs as Loksatta innings folded at 92 runs. Manoj Chandankhede top scored with 33 for the losing side. Tejinde
